UMSC Recovers Prime Property in Tooro
The Uganda Muslim Supreme Council-UMSC’s Department of Awqaf – Endowment, led by Hon. Nasser. M. Odongkara, has successfully secured the titles three plots in Fort Portal Tourism City. These plots are now fully registered under UMSC. The titles were officially handed over by Mr. Burhan Kyensi Oraz, the Toro Muslim District Secretary, during a brief function held on the evening of December 20th, 2023. The event was witnessed by Hon. Yaziid Katureebe, the UMSC Secretary for Administration and Human Resource. Hon. Odongkara expressed gratitude to the Toro Muslim District leadership for their proactive approach in supporting the department’s property recovery program. He also encouraged other districts to follow this commendable example.
