UMSC gets Administrative Secretary
His Eminence Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, the Mufti of Uganda has witnessed the swearing in of Hon. Yazid Katureebe, the newly appointed acting Secretary for Administration and Human Resource pending confirmation by the relevant Council Organs. Hon. Katureebe took his oath of office in the Management Committee meeting held in the Mufti’s office at Old Kampala on June 26th, 2023 following his appointment by the UMSC National Management Committee.
The oath was Administered by the UMSC Electoral Commission-EC, Commissioner incharge of Western Region, Sheikh Murshid Kaduyu assisted by Commissioner, Haj Juma Kayiwa. Hon. Katureebe Holds a Masters Degree in Educational Management & Administration from Kampala International University and Bachelors In Education ( Mathematics & Agriculture) from Uganda Martyrs University- Nkozi. He is a retired High School Head teacher.
He has also been the Regional Secretary incharge of Ankole-Kigezi Muslim Region. He earlier on served as the Secretary of Ibanda Muslim District.
