The Hijja and Umrah Department of the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) is responsible for organizing, supervising and coordinating pilgrimage activities for Ugandan Muslims travelling to the Holy Cities of Makkah and Madinah. The department ensures that all pilgrims receive proper guidance, documentation support, training, and welfare services in accordance with Islamic principles and the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
